Purchasing a subscription

A loyalty member may be eligible to purchase a new subscription via a subscription purchase order.

Member eligibility

A member is eligible to purchase a new subscription when they meet the following criteria:

  • The clubId of the subscription matches the clubMembership.clubId of the member.
  • The member doesn't have an existing subscription.
NOTE

A member with an existing subscription may be able to change their recurring subscription or renew their non-recurring subscription by purchasing a future subscription.

Prerequisites

Before purchasing a subscription, the patron must:

  1. Become a member (if required)
  2. Be authenticated
  3. Update their member photo (optional)
  4. Choose a subscription billing option
  5. Agree to the minimum contracted term

Subscription purchase

After completing the prerequisites, the member may proceed to purchase a recurring subscription or a non-recurring subscription via a subscription purchase order.
