Subscription benefits

A subscription typically grants a Loyalty member access to one or more exclusive, subscriber-only benefits.

Subscription member rewards

A subscription may give a member access to exclusive member rewards that can be redeemed for restricted ticket and item prices.

Any subscription-only member rewards will be included in the authenticated member's available rewards, and can be redeemed by the member via an order.

Subscription tickets

A subscription may give a member access to exclusive subscription tickets that can be redeemed for discounted or free tickets.

A member with an active subscription may share their subscription with friends, allowing their friends to order subscription tickets on their behalf.

Benefit access

A member will lose access to their subscription benefits in the following scenarios:

Their subscription is OnHold due to an active hold period .
Their subscription is Frozen due to a recurring billing error .
Their recurring subscription has ended after cancellation .
Their non-recurring subscription has reached the end of its fixed-term.

NOTE

A future subscription will have the NotStarted status until the member's current subscription ends. During this time, the member will have access to the benefits of their current subscription but won't have access to the benefits of their future subscription.
