An order becomes a completed order during the final stage of an order flow.
Use the GetCompletedOrder endpoint to load the details of a completed order.
Completed order details are regularly updated to reflect the latest information from the local cinema site. See completed order updates for more info.
The details of any linked parent, child, or sibling orders are included in the response. See linked orders for more info.
The following actions may be performed against a completed order:
- Collection
- Refunds
- Seat swaps
- Item delivery preparation
- Print streams
A completed order cannot be modified via any in-progress order endpoints, e.g., SetShowtime.
The following assets may be retrieved for a completed order:
A completed order may be active or expired. Actions cannot be performed against a completed order that has expired.
